Tamburino Talks Law: Minneapolis Park Board Resolution Violates The Law
The Minneapolis Park Board passed a resolution to allow homeless encampments in all City of Minneapolis parks. As this resolution attempts to solve problems, it's my legal take that it not only violates the law, but causes more problems to public health and public safety. More to come from me on this.
